How to easily remove a bouquet garni from a preparation?

It is not always easy to remove a bouquet garni from the bottom of a pressure cooker once the preparation is flavoured enough. Here is a tip: tie the bouquet garni to the tail or the handle of the pan. When you want to remove it simply pull on the string. Think as well to wrap the bouquet garni with green of leek so that the thyme will not be scattered in the dish nor overshadow the flavours of the other herbs.
