Fruit cake

When you are making fruit cake, maybe you have noticed that all the candied fruit are in the bottom of the cake. To avoid this, simply dredge them with flour before combining them with the dough. Thus they will be scattered in the cake. It is also advised to bake the cake 24 hours before serving. It tastes better.
