A perfect charlotte

Do not lay the lady fingers on the wrong sides. For a nice appearance, apply the rounded sides against the mould and not the contrary. To facilitate the removal from the mould line the inner side of the mould with clingfilm. You can also perfect the decoration by cutting the biscuits diagonally. Thus they will be bevelled and can be arranged in a rose on the bottom of the mould. In order to make the biscuits stick to the mould, steady them with a foil ball. Then put the mould in the freezer for 10 minutes before dressing the charlotte.
