Member's information

The Club - Meilleur du Chef collects and stores data about its members.

The collection of information allows Meilleur du Chef to use it for statistical purpose, Meilleur du Chef having the authority to communicate and to use these informations with a third party in a non-nominative way. The file then constituted is registered by the C.N.I.L. under the number 745929.

Meilleur du Chef refuses to communicate information and names related to the members and visitors, except for cases specified by the law. Meilleur du Chef commits itself to protect personal data about its members by using appropriate technical measures and organisation.

In respect of Law n° 78-17 of the 6th of January, 1978 related to data processing, files and freedom, each member has the right to oppose (art. 26 of the law), to get access to (art. 34 to 38 of the law), and to modify the data related to him/herself.

Therefore the member may request that incorrect, incomplete, outdated or equivocal data be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or cancelled, as well as information the collection or use of which, as well as the communication or the keeping of is forbidden.
