DES500 is specially desogned for bulk drying and preserving vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, herbs and spices.

The only dryer that is able to dry purees of fruits or vegetables thanks for its horizontal drying process.

Drying fruits and vegetables retains all their nutrients, natural colours and original flavours without any additive.

Dried food preserving time: minimum 12 months

Drying time: 10 to 14 hours depending of the products and their thickness.

Cost: about 8 cents per hour (less than in an oven).

Weight of products by tray: about 0,500 kg

Maximum thickness od slices to dry: 5 mm

To be used in a well-ventilated area.
