A Criollo and Forastero from Java form the origins of this wonderful cocoa with a remakable coppery-pink colour. Each plantation brings its characteristic flavour or cinnamon, nut or caramel, and the aromatic tones are accentuated by pure vanilla from Tahiti. Slightly spicy, a first impression of freshness on the palette is a prelude to an harmonious range of flavours.
