These are thin steel molds with a non-stick interior coating. They combine the advantage of cooking in tinplate and easy economical baking requirements such as saving time and fat, since they do not need to be greased.

The dough colours nicely during baking due to the thinness of the molds. This adds to the presentation of the end result.

The non-stick coating makes cake and pastry removal easier. They only need to be wiped to clean.

The outer coating makes the molds easier to take care of.
