Dark chocolate chips
Dark chocolate in chips to make candy stuffing (ganache), mousses, truffles, cream and dessert flavouring. These pastilles can be used for brioches, cakes, cookies. THey can be equally added to ice creams and sherbets. Minimum 50% cocoa content. Pastilles facilitate measuring. Faster melting and excellent smoothness. Can be melted in a bain-marie, trempeuse, oven or micro-wave or in a dry steamer. Net weight: 5 kg |
