Prepare all the ingredients.

Dispose the sausages in a row on the pastry.
Cover and wrap well.
Cut any surplus.
again with the egg yolk.
Cut in 3-4 cm (1,18-1,57 inches) long corks.
Put on a lightly greased baking sheet...
...and cook in a warm oven at 180°C (356°F).
Let the sausages rise...
...and get a golden crust. They will be baked when they reach a nice color.
At the end, take out of the oven and remove from the sheet with a metallic spatula.
Serve immediately.
