For this recipe, you need :

  • 800 ml milk
  • 200 g liquid cream

  • Recipe 3:
  • 8 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 500 ml liquid cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Recipe 4:
  • 10 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 500 ml liquid cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Technical Stages :

  • Blend all the ingredients cold. Pour on a blindly baked shortcrust pastry, topped with bacon and gratted cheese for a quiche lorraine or with any other kind of topping.
  • Bake at 180°C or 356°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
