Ingredients for Shrimp and Avocado Cocktail :

  • 5 cooked shrimps
  • 1 Avocado
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Tabasco
  • Salad to garnish
  • chopped chives

Technical stages for Shrimp and Avocado Cocktail :

  • In a metal bowl, prepare the cocktail sauce with the mayonnaise, ketchup and tabasco.
  • Cut the avocado in half and hollow it out with a teaspoon.
  • Put the flesh from the avocado with the cocktail sauce and mix well. Pour the preparation in a small glass bowl. Arrange the shelled shrimps on top.
  • Decorate with a leaf of salad and some chopped chives.
  • Two ways for presenting:
  • In a small glass bowl or in the hollowed out avocado skin.
  • In the latter case, watch out not to cut the skin when hollowing it out with the teaspoon.
