Shrimp and Avocado Cocktail
Technical Stages :
- In a metal bowl, prepare the cocktail sauce with the , ketchup and tabasco.
- Cut the avocado in half and hollow it out with a teaspoon.
- Put the flesh from the avocado with the cocktail sauce and mix well. Pour the preparation in a small glass bowl. Arrange the shelled shrimps on top.
- Decorate with a leaf of salad and some chopped chives.
- Two ways for presenting:
- In a small glass bowl or in the hollowed out avocado skin.
- In the latter case, watch out not to cut the skin when hollowing it out with the teaspoon.
