Avocado on a Pan

For this recipe, you need :

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Press the lemon juice in a salad bowl. Peel the avocado and dice the meat. Put them in the bowl and mix. Add salt and pepper.
  • Peel and ciseler the shallot.
  • Warm up the oil. Sweat the shallot. Add the avocados and sauté for 5 minutes. Taste and season if needed.
  • Sprinkle with chives and chopped parsley.
