For this recipe, you need :

  • 200 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 g salt
  • 10 g sugar
  • 12 g fresh yeast
  • 2 orange zests
  • 130 g butter

Technical Stages :

  • Put all the ingredients except the butter in a food processor.
  • Knead for about 10 minutes. Add the soft butter.
  • Mold the mixture into cork-shaped non-stick molds.
  • Let it rise, glaze with egg yolk and bake in the oven at 180°C or 356°F for 20 minutes approximately.
