Prepare all ingredients:
Dilute the lemon gel in warm water using a whisk.
the liquid cream...
...into whipped cream.
Add the sugar to the whipped cream.
Mix 1/4 whipped cream to the lemon preparation using a whisk.
Gently add the rest using a rubber spatula.
Mold in a crown-shaped silicone mold.
Leave to harden in the fridge, one hour minimum.
When serving, unmold onto a serving dish and decorate the center of the crown with seasonal fruits.
