Prepare all ingredients:
Wash the figs under fresh water. Without separating the quarters, split them in four from the top.
Place them in a salad bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar...
...and drizzle with the kirsh. Leave to macerate.
In a salad bowl place the flour, salt and sugar in fountain.
Crack the eggs in the center.
Beat the eggs by adding the flour gradually and pouring the milk little at a time to obtain a homogeneous batter.
Finally, add a teaspoon of oil.
Leave to rest for 1 hour.
Heat the frying oil to 180°C.
Drain the figs and dip them in the batter.
Dip the figs in small quantities in the very hot frying oil.
Leave to brown for a few minutes by stirring occasionally so that the fritters are completely submerged.
When finished, place them on a paper towel.
Sprinkle with icing sugar...
...before serving.
