Technical stages for Fried Shrimps :
- Prepare your batter.
- Shell the shrimps, but take care of leaving the shell at the end of the tail.
- Season with salt, pepper and tabasco. Dip each shrimp in batter and then in boiling oil. Fry uniformly, flip them over if needed.
- Drain and transfer to paper towels.
- Serve warm.
