Ingredients for Fried Shrimps :

  • Cooked shrimps
  • Batter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tabasco

Technical stages for Fried Shrimps :

  • Prepare your batter.
  • Shell the shrimps, but take care of leaving the shell at the end of the tail.
  • Season with salt, pepper and tabasco. Dip each shrimp in batter and then in boiling oil. Fry uniformly, flip them over if needed.
  • Drain and transfer to paper towels.
  • Serve warm.
