Ingredients for Fried Vegetables :

  • 250 chick pea flour
  • 20 cl cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground chili peppers
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g onions
  • 150 g potatoes
  • 150 g zucchinis
  • 150 g eggplants
  • 150 g cauliflower

Technical stages for Fried Vegetables :

  • Mix the flour, cold water, baking soda, chili pepper and salt in a blender. the onions, dice the potatoes, zucchinis and eggplant, cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • Dip the vegetables into the batter and fry in a boiling water until golden.
  • Remove with a skimmer and serve hot.
