Anchovie Butter

Ingredients for Anchovie Butter :

  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g anchovie fillets

Technical stages for Anchovie Butter :

  • Puree the anchovies. Mix with cream butter. Roll in cylinders in a sheet of baking paper. Keep refrigerated.
  • To serve, unroll the cylinders and slice the butter.
