Flavoured Butters

Shrimp Butter

For this recipe, you need :

  • 100 g butter
  • 75 g peeled shrimps

Technical Stages :

  • Crush the shrimps. Mix them with the cream butter. Keep refrigerated.
  • (You can add a bit of olive oil to the shrimps to combine them more easily with the butter).
