100 g butter
15 g chopped parsley
salt, pepper
1 dash of lemon juice

Finely chop the parsley. Combine with the cream butter. Season. Add a dash of lemon juice.
Roll in cylinders, using a sheet of baking paper. Leave it to set in the fridge. To serve, remove the baking paper and slice.
