Flavoured Butters

Paprika Butter

For this recipe, you need :

  • 1/2 lemon
  • mustard
  • paprika

  • Whisk the cream butter at room temperature.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon paprika, mix well.
  • Add 1 teaspoon mustard. Pour the lemon juice gradually. Whisk until bound.
