- Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
- Add the flour.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and stiffen them halfway through with the sugar.
- Gently combine the meringue with the first mix, using a spatula.
- Lay with a pastry bag on baking paper-covered baking sheets.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Bake in warm oven (180°C or 356°F) for about 15 minutes.
