  • 165 g sugar
  • 165 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • juice of 1 orange + zests
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 115 g sifted flour

  • Whisk the butter and sugar until pale. Combine with the eggs. Add the orange juice and the zests.
  • Combine gently with the sifter flour and baking powder. Bake in a warm oven (180°C or 356°F) on a baking sheet covered with buttered baking paper, until desired coloration is reached.
