Prepare all ingredients:
Melt the butter in a small saucepan on low heat.

... until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add the flour. Do not mix!
Pour the warm melted butter on the preparation.
Beat the egg whites firm.
Delicately add a third of the firm whites to the , along with the flour and butter.
Pour the rest of firm whites on the preparation.
Delicately mix the whole thing always beginning from the center.
Pour the dough in a puzzle shaped silicone mold.
Bake at 180°C...
...for about 35 minutes.
Unmold onto a cooling rack and leave to cool.
