Ingredients for Blinis :

  • 130 g de farine
  • 1/8 litre de lait (= 12 cl ou 125 gr)
  • 1 pincée de sel
  • 1 cuil. à soupe de sucre en poudre
  • 10 g de levure fraîche de boulanger (au rayon frais boulangerie de votre supermarché)
  • 1 œuf entier

Important points for Blinis :

  • Use warm (but not hot) milk.
  • Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  • Combine gently with the batter using a wooden spoon.
  • Use a non-stick pan to cook.
  • Bake on both sides.
