Technical stages for Blinis with Tarama Cream :
- Remove the crust of the sandwich bread.
- Place the center in the bowl, add the cream and mix using a fork.
- Press the lemons.
- Place the tarama in the bowl of the food processor.
- Add the bread and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Mix the ingredients, then pour the 2 oils little by little.
- When the cream is thick and homogeneous, add pepper and taste, then adjust to taste with the juice of the lemon.
- Pour this cream in a pan and leave to rest at least 2 hours in the fridge.
- A minute before serving, place the blinis on a baking sheet and heat them for a few minutes in a warm oven.
- Roughly chop the smoked salmon using a knife and add it to the tarama cream.
- Spread this cream on blinis and place them on a serving dish.
