Beef with Carrots

Ingredients for Beef with Carrots :

  • 1.2 kg thinly sliced chucks
  • 2 kg carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 litre beef stock
  • chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Beef with Carrots :

  • Place a little bit of olive oil in a pan and fry the slices of meat for 1 minutes each side.
  • Peel and slice the carrots.
  • Thinly slice the 2 onions.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a baking dish, spread a bed of carrots then a few slices of meat, onions and once again a layer of carrots and finish with the remaining meat.
  • Add pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and a little salt.
  • Pour the beef stock in the dish and bake for about 2h30.
