Technical stages for Beef with Carrots :
- Place a little bit of olive oil in a pan and fry the slices of meat for 1 minutes each side.
- Peel and slice the carrots.
- Thinly the 2 onions.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- In a baking dish, spread a bed of carrots then a few slices of meat, onions and once again a layer of carrots and finish with the remaining meat.
- Add pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and a little salt.
- Pour the beef stock in the dish and bake for about 2h30.
