Beef with Carrots

For this recipe, you need :

  • 1.2 kg thinly sliced chucks
  • 2 kg carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 litre beef stock
  • chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Prepare all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Place a little bit of olive oil in a pan and fry the slices of meat for 1 minutes...
