Ingredients for Meatballs :

  • 250 g lean ground beef
  • 45 ml soya sauce
  • 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 finely chopped shallot
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 15 ml sesame seeds
  • 30 ml oil
  • 45 g flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Technical stages for Meatballs :

  • In a bowl, mix the beef with the soya sauce, salt, pepper, shallot, garlic, sesame seeds and oil.
  • Shape into flat meatballs 4 cm (1,57 inches) in diameter. Roll in flour, then in the beaten egg.
  • Heat up the oil in a pan and gently fry the meatballs over medium heat on both sides, until golden.
  • Serve warm or cold with vinegar soya sauce.
