Technical Stages :
- In a bowl, mix the beef with the soya sauce, salt, pepper, shallot, garlic, sesame seeds and oil.
- Shape into flat meatballs 4 cm (1,57 inches) in diameter. Roll in flour, then in the beaten egg.
- Heat up the oil in a pan and gently fry the meatballs over medium heat on both sides, until golden.
- Serve warm or cold with vinegar soya sauce.
