Ingredients for Mussel Brochettes :

  • 1/2 litre mussels
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 tomato
  • powdered herbs
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Mussel Brochettes :

  • Brush and rinse the mussels in successive baths.
  • Open them over strong heat in a large pot. Take them out of their shells.
  • Wash and coarsely dice the vegetables.
  • Alternate vegetables and mussels on brochette sticks.
  • Sprinkle with herbs and BBQ or bake them in the oven.
  • When cooking, moisten with vinegar or lemon juice.
