Chocolate Brownies 2

Ingredients for Chocolate Brownies 2 :

  • 200 g butter + 20 g for the pan
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 130 g walnuts

Technical stages for Chocolate Brownies 2 :

  • Preheat the oven at 150°C or 302°F.
  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-Marie and add the butter. Mix carefully. Let it cool down a little.
  • Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale.
  • Add the warm chocolate.
  • Pour the sifted flour. Add the coarsely grounded walnuts.
  • Pour the dough in a buttered pan. It should be 3 cm (1,18 inches) thick maximum!!!
  • Bake for 25 minutes, the inside must be soft.
  • When cooled, cut in squares.
