Prepare all ingredients.
a log mold using plastic wrap.
Fill the bottom of the mold halfway with red fruit mousse.
Top with fresh raspberries.
Fill all the way up with mousse and the surface.
Cut a strip of biscuit joconde and place it on the mousse. Leave to harden in the fridge for a few hours.
Remove from the mold on a log tray and remove the plastic wrap.
Coat the surface of the log...
...with red glazing that was previousely melted and slighted cooled.
Decorate with Christmas figurines.
Reserve in the fridge until serving dessert.
