Fruit Cake 2

Ingredients for Fruit Cake 2 :

  • 320 g flour
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 little bags baking powder
  • 5 tablespoons rum
  • 100 g candied fruits
  • 100 g raisins

Technical stages for Fruit Cake 2 :

  • Mix the butter and sugar with a wooden spatula.
  • Add the eggs and mix.
  • Add the milk and soaked fruits. Mix well.
  • At last, combine the sifted flour with the baking powder.
  • Mix well.
  • You should get a homogeneous batter.
  • Fill the cake pan up to 3/4 of its volume.
  • For that, use pastry bag.
  • Bake in a warm oven (180°C or 356°F) for 20 minutes.
  • After a few minutes the cake starts to rise and browns nicely.
  • Take out of the oven.
  • Unmold.
  • The cakes must be very easily detached silicone moulds.
  • You should get a homogeneous batter.
