For this recipe, you need :

  • 4 to 5 eggs
  • 300 butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • zests of 2 lemons

... and bake in hot oven at 180°C. Bake 30 minutes for mini-cakes and a good 50 minutes for a large cake.
