Prepare all the ingredients.
Mix the butter and sugar with a wooden spatula.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the milk and soaked fruits. Mix well.
At last, combine the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Mix well.
You should get a homogeneous batter.
Fill the cake pan up to 3/4 of its volume.
For that, use pastry bag.
Bake in a warm oven (180°C or 356°F) for 20 minutes.
After a few minutes the cake starts to rise...
...and browns nicely.
Take out of the oven.
Unmold.
The cakes must be very easily detached silicone moulds.
