For this recipe, you need :

  • 350 g flour
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 orange

Technical Stages :

  • Sift the flour with the baking powder.
  • In a bowl, mix the sugar with the butter and the eggs one after the other.
  • Finish by combining the flour, orange juice and blanched and shredded orange zests.
  • Blend well and let it rest in the fridge.
  • Pour in a buttered cake pan and bake at medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
