  • Fresh green asparagus
  • Mayonnaise
  • White Bread
  • Chervil
  • Hard-boiled egg
  • Red pepper

  • Boil the asparagus for 15-20 minutes, depending on size.
  • Coat a slice of white bread with mayonnaise and chopped chervil. Trim and cut into 4 canapes.
