  • tabasco

Technical stages for Shrimp Canapes :

  • Put the shrimps in water the thaw them.
  • Prepare a cocktail sauce with the mayonnaise, ketchup and tabasco sauce.
  • Using a metal spatula, mask the bread slices with the sauce. and cut in diagonal so as to make triangles.
  • Put a shelled shrimp on each canape.
  • Using a made with baking paper, decorate the surface of the canapes, dropping lines of ketchup sauce.
  • Sprinkle with chives. Keep refrigerated until serving.
