Ingredients for Smoked Salmon Canapes :

  • white bread
  • sliced smoked salmon
  • soft Butter
  • chervil or dill
  • lemon or lime

Technical stages for Smoked Salmon Canapes :

  • Toast the white bread. Spread butter on each slice and put a slice of smoked salmon on top.
  • Trim the sides of each slice in order to remove the whole crust.
  • Cut each slice in individual servings (2 or 4 pieces according to the size of the slices).
  • Decorate with cream butter in a decorating bag, a sprig of chervil or dill and a tiny piece of peeled lemon or lime.
