Technical stages for Banana Fudge :
- Bring to a boil the ingredients from part 1.
- Meanwhile, prepare a caramel with the sugar from part 2. When the caramel is brown, pour part 1 on part 2, slowly, and add the sliced bananas. Cook for 10 minutes, constantly stirring.
- Pour on a slightly greased baking sheet and let it cool.
- Unmold and cut in squares.
