Soft Fudge

Ingredients for Soft Fudge :

  • 250 g whipping cream
  • 190 g sugar
  • 175 g glucose
  • 20 g butter
  • 250 g dark chocolate

Technical stages for Soft Fudge :

  • Combine the whipping cream, sugar and glucose in a skillet. Cook until temperature reaches 113°C (use a sugar thermometer).
  • Put away from the stove and add the butter and the pieces of dark chocolate. Mix well.
  • Pour on a greased baking sheet and let cool.
  • Cut in small pieces.
