Ingredients for Fish Cari :

  • 1 kg fish of your choice
  • 3 or 4 garlic cloves
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon saffron or curcuma
  • thyme
  • chopped parsley
  • olive oil
  • cayenne pepper

Technical stages for Fish Cari :

  • Clean the fish, wash it, dry it and slice it.
  • Peel the tomatoes, chop the onions, garlic and chili peppers.
