Technical stages for Fish Cari :
- Clean the fish, wash it, dry it and slice it.
- Peel the tomatoes, chop the onions, garlic and chili peppers.
- the garlic and onion in a large pot, add the saffron and cayenne without browning.
- Add the tomatoes, thyme and parsley.
- Cook well and add the slices of fish when the tomatoes start to brown. Cover. Cook over medium heat, the fish must give enough water to cook.
- If at the end there doesn't seem to be enough sauce, add a bit of water and bring to a boiling point for a few minutes.
- Serve with creole rice.
