  • pastry cream
  • white icing
  • cocoa or coffee extract

Technical stages for Assorted Carolines :

  • Prepare a puff pastry paste and a pastry cream.
  • Alternate small cylinders on a baking sheet. When baked, take them out of the oven and leave to cool.
  • On the side, the pastry cream with the flavour of your choice.
  • After having made a little hole on each cooled cylinder, garnish with pastry cream, using a plain pastry bag.
  • with warm icing and flavoured with chocolate or coffee.
