Technical stages for Assorted Carolines :
- Prepare a puff pastry paste and a pastry cream.
- Alternate small cylinders on a baking sheet. When baked, take them out of the oven and leave to cool.
- On the side, the pastry cream with the flavour of your choice.
- After having made a little hole on each cooled cylinder, garnish with pastry cream, using a plain pastry bag.
- with warm icing and flavoured with chocolate or coffee.
- Keep refrigerated.
