  • 2 turnips
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 6 tablespoons herbs
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Peel the turnips and cut them in big sticks.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet and add the turnips and sugar.
  • Mix well, add salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook for 20 minutes over very low heat.
