For this recipe, you need :

  • 250 g buckwheat flour
  • salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 cl cold water
  • 40 g melted butter

Technical Stages :

  • Mix the flour with the salt, eggs, cold water and melted butter.
  • Let it rest for 2 hours.
  • Bake the crepes in a non-stick pan and try to make them as thin as possible.
  • Garnish to taste with mushroom bechamel sauce, ground beef, sausages, roquefort.
  • Regular version:
  • Salted butter + fried egg + ham + gratted cheese.
