Cauliflower au Gratin

Ingredients for Cauliflower au Gratin :

  • 1 large cauliflower, about 1.2 kg
  • 60 g butter
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 150 g sour cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Cauliflower au Gratin :

  • Wash the cauliflower and trim it in florets. Boil for about 25 minutes. Drain.
  • Mix the cream and cheese. Add pepper.
  • Turn the broiler on in the oven or use a salamander torch. Butter a gratin dish and put the cauliflower in it. Coat with sauce and sprinkle with knobs of butter. Brown for 10 minutes in the oven or with a torch. Serve really warm.
