Technical stages for Cauliflower au Gratin :
- Wash the cauliflower and trim it in florets. Boil for about 25 minutes. Drain.
- Mix the cream and cheese. Add pepper.
- Turn the broiler on in the oven or use a torch. Butter a gratin dish and put the cauliflower in it. Coat with sauce and sprinkle with knobs of butter. for 10 minutes in the oven or with a torch. Serve really warm.
