Indian-Style Cauliflower

Ingredients for Indian-Style Cauliflower :

  • 150 g cauliflower
  • 1/2 apple
  • curry
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 5 g oil
  • Espelette pepper
  • vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Technical stages for Indian-Style Cauliflower :

  • Finely grate the cauliflower and apple. In a bowl, mix: curry, pepper, Espellete pepper, salt, vinegar, oil and tomato sauce. Add this mix to the grated vegetables. Mix well. Serve cold.
