Cauliflower in Mornay Sauce

  • Difficulty : easy

For this recipe, you need :

  • cauliflower
  • whipping cream
  • salt and pepper
  • mornay sauce
  • gratted cheese

Technical Stages :

  • Cut the cauliflower in small florets and wash it with lots of water.
  • Cook in boiling salted water. Refresh and drain.
  • Shape half-balls of cauliflower with a small ladle.
  • Put the balls on a butter baking sheet. Season.
  • Prepare a Mornay sauce. Coat all the balls with sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and brown with a salamander torch.
