Creamy Brussels Sprouts

For this recipe, you need :

  • 750 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 litre bechamel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream

Technical Stages :

  • Blanch the Brussels sprouts, drain them and dip them in warm bechamel sauce. Add a tablespoon of heavy cream. Season if needed.
