Strawberry Field Cocktail

Ingredients for Strawberry Field Cocktail :

  • 60 g gratted white chocolate
  • 1/2 litre milk
  • 250 g whipping cream
  • 125 g sugar
  • 250 g strawberry coulis
  • 125 g whipped cream
  • 4 big strawberries

Technical stages for Strawberry Field Cocktail :

  • Mix the chocolate, milk, whipping cream, sugar and strawberry puree together in a pot.
  • Cook without boiling. Pour in 4 big glasses. Whip up a Chantilly and split between the 4 glasses.
  • Decorate with a strawberry.
